Pollycraft Challenge #31..Winter Birthdays

Good morning bloggers,It's time for another pollycraft challenge and this week the lovely Lynsey has chosen the theme...'WINTER BIRTHDAYS'
we want to see your cards with a theme of 'Winter Birthdays' so don't pack away all those Christmas stamps just yet lets see how versatile they can be!
You can interpret this in your own way.... just think Winter!!
There will be 3 winners this time, and the prize is the new moon and star fairy images.

Now I have to say I struggled with this one and am not entirely happy with my card,I like my card but it isn't wintery enough for my liking.I did start with a different image and coloured it blue but it just wasn't working for me so in the bin it went along with another attempt and so I opted for this one in the end.I used the gorgeous pollycraft winter elve,coloured her with copics,papers I think are SU,sentiment is elzybells and the ribbon is from my stash.Please do come and join in with the challenge we would love to see what you create...thanks for stopping by:)

For my DT card I chose one of Clare's fabby sketches and I used my Mo Manning image and coloured him with promarkers,paper is SU,a nice quick and easy card and I have to admit I was rather pleased with it:)

Good moring everyone, it's my birthday today so I'm taking it easy:)...going out for christmas lunch with mum and dad and then my feet up for the afternoon:) Lots of gorgeous gifts and cards from my family and fabulous blogging friends,thank you ladies,will email you all later :)

MAWTT Challenge #24..Heidi's Sketch & Theme..'Hidden Message'

Afternoon to you all.It's time again for another fabby challenge over at MAWTT challenge blog and this week it's my lovely friend Heidi's turn to be the host.Heidi has given us all a fabulous sketch to work with and an added theme of a 'HIDDEN MESSAGE'..yep that certainly gave us DT something to think about,I really struggled with this one but once I got started I was fine and it all came together better than I planned :)This week our challenge has been sponsored by the great Digital Ink Company and they have generously given the DT a couple of digi images to work with and also these 2 images are a prize for this weeks lucky winner.Also The digital Ink Company has a SALE on...and a great one at that with 50% off everything in the store so make sure you get over there and grab yourself a bargain...HERE.. Sweet Stampin Challenge #2...AND Sketch On Sunday

Hi everyone,have managed to squeeze a card in,I have been so busy shopping and wrapping etc that I haven't had much time for blogging.Anyhow this card fits 2 challenges....The first challenge is Sweet Stampin Challenge and this week it's a colour challenge...the second challenge is Sunday Sketch and Stamp and what a fabby sketch it was to work with ..thank you Sem.Pop over to both challenges and join in too:)
